CROW'S NEST	Cozy little cabin for two or family of 4. King size bed and sleeper sofa. Small kitchen for light cooking. Linens provided. Please no pets Weekly Rates: $560 (Sunday thru Sunday) Weekend Rates: $125 per night

SPECIAL FEATURES:Both cottages are located on Division Street just past the water tower right next to Anneliese's Treasure Chest. Both cottages have stocked kitchens including coffee maker and microwave oven. Both are equipped with air conditioning, TV and VCR. Best of all, they are within walking distance to downtown! All reservations require a 50% deposit. A security deposit (credit card) and balance due upon arrival. During peak vacation times, deposits are not refundable unless we are able to fill the vacancy. Deposits being refunded are subject to a twenty-percent bookkeeping fee. Weekends require a two-night minimum. All holiday weekends require a three-night minimum.
