Blue Cs offers a relaxing, easy-living atmosphere for a maximum of four adult occupants, with the possible addition of a baby.
Supplies
"Starter" kitchen/bath cleaning supplies (detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) are provided. You will need to bring additional supplies for your week’s stay, along with, of course, your food and personal effects.

Rental
Availability 2007
Off-season: Two-night $250; weekly $600.
June 24-September 8: Weekly rentals $850 Sat-Sat OR Sun-Sun, as we can accommodate. Some 5-night options possible at $650.
Two-weeks’ rental: $1500.
Monthly rental (June or August): $2000.
Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends: 3 nights $400.
Check-in 3 pm day of arrival, and check out noon day of departure.
Late check outs will be charged $25 per hour to pay cleaners who cannot access the Unit during delayed departures.
Deposits and Cancellation Policy
Security deposit $250 due for weekly rentals; $150 off-season rentals. Returned within 14 days if no damage has occurred and Unit was vacated according to departure instructions regarding trash, dishes, and linens.
| Blue Cs is strictly a no-smoking unit. The security deposit will be forfeited and additional fees may be charged for smoking in the unit. By Condo rules, no pets allowed.
