O'Boyle's
Retreat is a peaceful, quiet getaway for families to enjoy. The location
of the premises will allow visitors to enjoy the tranquility
of Kelley's Island. It's location is a short walk to church, downtown Kelley's
Island, winery, or marina.
O'Boyle's Retreat has a full working kitchen, with eating utensils, coffee maker,
toaster, microwave oven. There is one full bathroom on the first floor. The house
will sleep 8 comfortably.

Cancellation Policy
A charge of $50 will be withheld for any reservation cancelled with 30 days or
more prior to the arrival date. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice prior
to the arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit amount. Cancellations with
less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the entire rental amount.
Only the deposit amount will be returned. |

Rates
In season: $900 per week
Off season: $500 per week
(depends on occupancy)
Security Deposit:
A $200 security deposit is required.
Weekly Rental Arrival
Check-in time: Sunday, 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time: Sunday, 11:00 a.m.

Open May through December

Travel west from the Kelleys Island Ferry Boat Line dock down Lakeshore Drive.
Turn right on Addison Street and right on Woodford Road. O'Boyle's Retreat
is located at 303 Woodford Road. |
