Ohio's Lake Erie Islands: A Brief History in Words and Pictures
by Chad WaffenWestfalia Publishing
Strewn across the Western Basin of Lake Erie, Ohio’s Lake Erie islands are often known as the “Vacationland of the Midwest†. This book provides a firsthand look at each of the islands, their varied histories, and their natural beauty, using words and original photography. Included in this book is a detailed look at some of the most popular Ohio islands to visit – Kelleys, Put-In-Bay/South Bass, and Middle Bass – as well as information on some of the lesser-known islands such as North Bass, Rattlesnake, Green, Gibraltar, and others.
