Claire's Foundation

Claire was diagnosed at 3 years old with Rett Syndrome. Rett Syndrome is a neurological disorder that primarily affects girls. It is the most debilitating Autism Spectrum disorder. Girls with Rett Syndrome loose all functional hand use and the ability to speak. Claire is unable to walk and takes medication to control seizures. Along with constant care, Claire needs all forms of therapy.

Her needs have changed. With lots of help, we have been able to add the addition and the wheelchair ramp. Still very much needed:

Hoyer lift, moveable with wheels.

Roofing, to cover wheelchair ramp from freezing rain and snow so Claire can go to her therapy and classes.

Doors and insulation for each of the rooms in the new addition.

Labor to help install heating coils under wheelchair ramp so we can safely transport Claire to and from Doctors and Therapy.
