The Woodland Cottage is located on a wooded double lot in the Sunset Point Subdivision, just 1.7 miles from the KI Ferry Dock on the West side of the island. It is a comfortable home-away-from-home and the perfect place to begin your Kelleys Island vacation. Come and discover why Life is Better at the Lake.

• Sorry, no pets and no smoking are allowed on the property – No Exceptions.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 adults
• Check-in is at 4:00pm
• Check-out is at 11:00am

Weekend rates available during the off-season only (October 1 to April 30) for $180.00/night. Two-night stay required.
Reservations/Deposits
• $250.00 security deposit and signed contract must be received within 14 days of contact to hold a reservation.
• Full rental payment is due no later than four weeks prior to the date of your arrival. Mail to: 855 Melrose Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43224.
• Checks or Money Orders Only. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
• If cancellation is made 60 days prior to the start of rental period, all deposit and rent (if it has been paid) is refunded in full.
• If cancellation is made 30 days prior to the start of the rental period, the rent if paid is refunded and half of the deposit is refunded.
• If cancellation is made, for any reason whatsoever, in less than 30 days prior to the start of the rental period, all funds are forfeited

Directions to The Woodland Cottage
From the Kelleys Island Ferry Boat Line dock, travel west (left out of the dock parking lot) on East Lakeshore Drive through downtown and continue past The Kelleys Island Brewery. Turn Right on Sunset Drive (in Sunset Subdivision). Follow road behind trailers and make 2nd left onto Maple Drive. The Woodland Cottage (112 Maple Drive ) is the last house on the right side of the street. Park on gravel driveway on north end of property. The speed limit for The Sunset Point Subdivision is 10 mph.
