The House on Lincoln is not your typical cottage rental. Built in 2004 the home is designed for indoor and outdoor relaxation. Minutes from downtown, the winery, State Park beach and within walking distance to the lake, airport and East Quarry. With all of the amenities of a luxury home, and the benefits of island life, you won't want to leave. Features - Two large bedrooms, one with king (vaulted ceiling) other with twin and double beds. - Futon in loft and sleeper sofa in living room each sleep two people. - Full bath attached to each bedroom with ceramic tile floors. - Full size crib and pack 'n play available for babies. - Central air conditioning and ceiling fans. - Washer/Dryer - Large open kitchen with hickory cabinets, breakfast bar, dishwasher & disposal. - Dining room with two french doors leading to screened eating porch. - Two story living room with stone fireplace and bamboo floors. - Screened porch off loft with tree top view. - Clean garage with lighting and stereo.

Rates $1,200/week $500 deposit, remainder due by time of rental. Sunday to Sunday 4pm check-in, 11:00am check-out No Weekend Rentals
