This quiet neighborhood on the east side of the island makes this a relaxing vacation spot. The Guest House has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8), 2 full baths, living room, dining room, family room, laundry room (washer and dryer), large screened in porch (12x26) with a vaulted ceiling and 2 ceiling fans. The large kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, utensils, and toaster. For those who like to grill, there’s a gas grill or a fire pit.

Rates at The Guest House $1000 per week Memorial Day to Labor Day. October to May $750. Check in Sunday at 3:00 pm and check out Sunday at 10:00 am. Weekends Memorial Day to Labor Day $ 450 and off season $350. Holiday and special event weekends are $650.00 and Holiday and special event weeks are $1200. Check in Friday 5:00 pm and check out is Sunday at 10:00 am. A $250 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 14 days if the house is left in the same condition as it was rented. Security deposit is required to hold the reservation. Full payment due 2 weeks before rental date. Cancelling your reservation must be at least I month prior to rental date or the security deposit will not be refunded. Pets $100 extra NO SMOKING or security deposit will not be refunded Directions From the Kelleys Island Ferry Boat Line dock, turn rt on E. Lakeshore Dr. Follow this road east to the end - which is Harbor Lane. Follow Harbor Lane North to 309 Harbor Lane - on the left (West) side of the road.
