Nestled on a one acre lot this century home has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and a twin bed, the other has two twin beds) sleeper sofa in the living room. Large country kitchen/pantry and dining room. Linens provided.
The cottage is located on Division Street just past the water tower right next to Anneliese's Treasure Chest. The cottage has a stocked kitchen including coffee maker and microwave oven. The cottage is equipped with air conditioning, TV and VCR. Best of all, it is within walking distance to downtown!
All reservations require a 50% deposit. A security deposit (credit card) and balance due upon arrival. During peak vacation times, deposits are not refundable unless we are able to fill the vacancy. Deposits being refunded are subject to a twenty-percent bookkeeping fee. Weekends require a two-night minimum. All holiday weekends require a three-night minimum.
