Upstairs, features a large finished dormer with a half bath and kitchenette allowing for extra living and sleeping space, as well as access to the upper portion of the deck.Downstairs includes two bedrooms, a full bath, a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a large living room with pullout couch and sliding patio door leading to the lower portion of the deck. Outside, a large, double deck is furnished with patio furniture for you to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A fire pit is located in the back yard; perfect for evening bonfires. The large, open backyard is great for any of your out-door games and activities such as, volleyball/badmitton, horse shoes, bocce ball, etc. We have also included bicycles for all ages and sizes for you to tour the island at your convenience.
