Newer 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch style home with vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. Great for entertaining and larger groups. The house is air-conditioned. Completely furnished with a vacation feel!
The master bedroom boasts a vaulted ceiling with fan, full bath, walk-in closet, and deck access. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a extra long bunk bed. A vaulted ceiling with fan and cross windows for island breezes complete this room. The third bedroom sleeps two plus has a full size crib, it also has a vaulted ceiling with fan and cross windows.
An open family room and kitchen create ample space for spending meal or relaxing time. The fully stocked kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four and an adjacent eat-in area with additional seating. A side-by-side refrigerator, smooth-top electric range, microwave and dishwasher make for all the comforts of home. There is a 32" sattellite TV, DVD player and a MP3 docking station. There is also a seperate CD/Radio.
April - November
There are two queen size, comfortable futons for extra sleeping space complete with their own linens.
A laundry room with over-sized washer and dryer are available for use.
The spacious deck overlooks the backyard. There is a patio set w/ umbrella, two picnic tables, charcoal grill, swing set, sandbox and fire ring for outdoor enjoyment.
The home is situated on a 1/2 acre lot leaving ample space for many outdoor sports and activities.
