We also have two baths: large bath with washer & dryer facilities and large master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub. Spacious fully equipped kitchen, and a barbecue grill.(bring your own charcoal/lighter fluid) For your entertainment we provide a TV and DVD player (your DVD's), Stereo (your CD’s), ping pong table, foosball table and a large yard for lawn games. Linens and some towels provided. Sleeps 8 people. Several bicycles provided (some helmets) No tents or RV’s permitted. Anything you use is at your own risk. No pets, no smoking, no exceptions.
Reservations and Deposits To make a reservation we require a $300 security deposit. Full rental amount due 14 days prior to arrival. All reservations require a security deposit to insure that guests will leave the home in the same condition as when they arrived and all keys have been returned. This deposit will be returned, less any damage costs, within 10 days of departure. No tents or RV’s permitted. Anything you use is at your own risk. Cancellation Policy Deposit is refundable if you cancel 30 days in advance of your reservation. Deposit is not refundable less than 30 days from your reservation unless we are able to fill the vacancy. Refunds are subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee.
