The house is a modern home with an open floor plan and plenty of large windows that allow you to enjoy the outdoors even while inside. The house has central heat and air conditioning and has ceiling fans in every room. Sleeps 10 people comfortably in 4 bedrooms: two on 3rd floor with vaulted ceilings, one with a queen size bed the other with one queen and one twin (each with their own bathroom), and one on 2nd floor with a queen size bed (with its own bathroom), and finally one on the first floor with a queen size bed (and yes, it has it’s own bathroom too). 3 of the bedrooms have their own private deck. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with windows full length of front wall allowing great views towards the lake. It includes satellite TV and stereo which provides relaxed listening on the elevated deck that is the full length of the house. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, mixer and all the pots, pans, plates and utensils you will need. There is a gas grill and a fire pit for campfires, plus a picnic table for outside eating. For your recreation, the house has horse-shoe pits, pool table, VCR movies and games.
We rent by the week only during the summer season (May thru September). Weekly rental rate is $1600 in June, July and August with a $300.00 security deposit required to hold your reservation. This amount will be refunded, less any damage costs, within 14 days after your stay. Half of the rental is due 30 days before arrival and the remainder is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Deposit is refundable if you cancel 30 days in advance, 50% refunded with 2 weeks notice. If it is less than 2 weeks from reservation date, deposit is not refundable and there is no credit.
We rent Saturday to Saturday with check in at 3:00 p.m. and check out at 11:00 a.m. No pets or smoking please!
