Memory Manor is located in a very quiet neighborhood approximately 1 mile from town and 2 blocks from the lake. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, central air, full kitchen, spacious living room with TV and VCR, outside deck, gas grill, and a fire ring in the front yard. This house is only 13 years old and recently changed ownership. Therefore we have lots of prime weeks available for rent. We will accept 1 family dog (no puppies) for an additional $100.00.
We supply bed linens only. You should bring your own towels, paper products, and bathroom articles.
Weekly rental - $800.00 Sunday to Sunday. Check in 3pm, check out 10am.
Weekdays - $125.00 per night, 2 night minimum
Weekends - $350.00 Fri. and Sat. Holidays, $475.00, 3 night minimum
Off season special: spring and fall rates for hunters and fishermen, $575.00 per week
Deposit of $250.00 holds your date and is returned at departure or within 3 days. Rent is due one-half 30 days prior to and the remaining half is due 15 days prior to arrival date.
