Welcome to the Kaufman Kottage. This newly constructed home is located at 417 Sweetvalley Lane, halfway between downtown and the state park beach. In addition to air conditioning, this home features five queen size beds, one set of bunks upstairs, and one king size bed in the master suite. We also have two and one half baths, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a barbecue grill. For your entertainment we provide a TV, VCR and a large yard for lawn games. Linens and some towels provided. No pets, no smoking, no exceptions.

Weekly Rates: Sunday - Saturday $1400
No weekend rentals
Reservations and Deposits
To make a reservation we require a $300 security deposit. Full rental amount due 14 days prior to arrival. All reservations require a security deposit to insure that guests will leave the home in the same condition as when they arrived and all keys have been returned. This deposit will be returned, less any damage costs, within 10 days of departure.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is refundable if you cancel 30 days in advance of your reservation. Deposit is not refundable less than 30 days from your reservation unless we are able to fill the vacancy. Refunds are subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee.
