Our lovely home is located approximately 1 ½ miles from the ferry and 2 miles from downtown in the quiet Sweetbriar subdivision. Built in 2003 with a bright, open floor plan, it is ideal for large family gatherings.
Our home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It sleeps 10 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king and a full private bath on the first floor. Bedroom 2 on the first floor has a full bed. Another full bath is located on the first floor. Bedroom 3 on the second floor has full bed and a twin. Finally Bedroom 4 has 2 Queen beds and a twin. Bedroom 3 and 4 share a full bath. Bed linens and bath towels are available but must be laundered before you leave.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and an extra deep freezer. All the dishes, cookware and utensils you will need are provided. We have central air and heat, 2 TVs, satellite TV, a DVD/VHS player, washer and dryer. Outside are a spacious deck with large picnic table, propane grill, small fire pit, and a large, grassy yard.
2008 Rates In-season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
Weekly Rental $1400 per week. Sunday 4:00 p.m. through Sunday 10:00 a.m
Deposit of $400 is required to hold your reservation. Refunded 30 days after your stay.
Half rental is due 30 days before and balance is due two weeks prior to your stay.

No Pets or Smoking.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Maximum number of guests is 10 (strictly enforced and deposit will be forfeited)
Cancellation policy full refund if you cancel 30 days in advance.
2 weeks notice 50% refund. Less than 2 weeks notice no refund.
