Our home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Maximum number of guests is 8 with 1 King, 4 queen and 2 twin beds. Bed linens and bath towels are availabled but must be laundered before you leave. Please contact Rebecca Pudelski at 216-536-0513 or email becky1999ˍ98@yahoo.com.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and an extra deep freezer. All the dishes, cookware and utensils you will need are provided. We have central air and heat, 2 TVs, satellite TV, a DVD/VHS player, washer and dryer. Outside are a spacious deck with large picnic table, propane grill, small fire pit, and a large, grassy yard.
2009 Rates (May 1st through September 30th) Weekly Rentals $1400 per week. No weekend rentals. No off Season Rates. Deposit of $400 is required to hold your reservation. Refunded 30 days after your stay. Half rental is due 30 days before and balance is due two weeks prior to your stay. No Pets or Smoking. Maximum guests are 8. Minimum age for primary tenant is 25 years of age. Cancellation policy: There is a $100 cancellation fee, full refund of deposit if cancelled one month prior to reservation less cancellation fee, 50% with two weeks notice and No refund if less than two weeks notice.
