Recently built cottage beautifully decorated with an open floor plan, complete with a cathedral ceiling and a wall of windows to bring the outdoors inside. The cottage is on a quiet, wooded street near the airport. It is a quiet setting away from the hectic scedules of everyday life with all the amenities of home. An easy walk down the road to the lake, a short ride into town, or a leisurly stroll to beautiful Horseshoe Lake makes for a relaxing afternoon typical of a Kelleys Island day.
This cottage sleeps 2-8 with two bedrooms. One has a queen sized; the other is a full bed; and the sleeping loft has two queen sized air matresses. Downstairs is a full bath, a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and range) a dining area and living room. A dvd player is available. There are two sliding doors that open up onto a wrap around deck with a gas grill and a nearby fire ring for campfires. For the warmer days and nights there is central air conditioning.
What to bring: towels, bed linens, toiletries, and food.
For everyone’s comfort no smoking indoors and no pets.
Rates
Sun 5 pm-Friday 5 pm: $785.00
Sun 5 pm-Sun 1 pm: $1100
Weeknight: $175 per night (2 night minimum)
Weekend: $200 per night (2 night minimum)
check in time is 3 pm
check out time is 11 am
All reservations require a $250.00 security deposit (refundable if no damage has occurred)
and 50% deposit. The balance is due two weeks before rental date. Deposit is non refundable unless we are able to fill vacancy.
