Casa Del Sol is a five year old Cape Cod situated at the end of a cul de sac on a private street.
Wake up to a lake view to the rear of the house from one of our three master bedroom suites. The house comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. The family room has a television with Direct TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee maker for the morning after the blender was used to make Margaritas!
There is a three level deck on the rear of the house with a Tiki bar, gas BBQ grill and plenty of room for lounging. We are located near the old Newman Ferry boat about a mile (15 min walk) from downtown.

Rates are $1,400 per week. Check in Sunday at 4 PM and Check out next Sunday at 10 AM. $300 security deposit returned within 10 days after if the house is left the way it was found. Sorry, NO PETS.
