Two front bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with a private bath, have patio doors leading to the deck. All three bedrooms have queen beds and ceiling fans. Enjoy a beautiful lake view in the great room that includes ceiling fans, a 60" television with DVD player and stereo. The dock has one dock space with water, electric and fish cleaning table for the renter. Call today to make your reservation and spend a week relaxing, fishing, shopping and sight seeing on the south shore of Kelleys Island! Rental Guidelines 1. Occupants: House shall not be occupied by more than six people without owner’s permission. 2. Guests: No more than six day guests in the house or on the dock. 3. No smoking! 4. NO PETS! 5. No subletting: The renter shall not sublet the premises or dock. 6. Check-out procedure: Prior to check-out house should be left damage-free, clean and in rentable condition - leave it like you found it. If not a $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. 7. Garbage: All garbage must be taken to the dump and fish guts disposed of appropriately.
Dock guidelines 1. One dock space available for the renter only. No subleasing. If a extra dock space is needed there will be an extra fee.
Rates $500 security deposit due with rental agreement (If house is left damage free and clean like you found it then the security deposit will be returned within three weeks.) Weekly rental: $2800 (due 60 days prior to check-in date) Weekends available: April, May, June, September, October
