Two front bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with a private bath, have patio doors leading to the deck. All three bedrooms have queen beds and ceiling fans. Enjoy a beautiful lake view in the great room that includes ceiling fans, a 60" television with DVD player and stereo. The dock has one dock space with water, electric and fish cleaning table for the renter. Occupants: House shall not be occupied by more than six people without owner’s permission. 2. No smoking! 3. NO PETS! Except with owner’s permission. 4. No subletting: The renter shall not sublet the premises or dock. 5. Check-out procedure: Prior to check-out house should be left damage-free, clean and in rentable condition. If not a $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. 6. Garbage: All garbage must be taken to the dump and fish guts disposed of appropriately
