Enjoy time spent on beautiful Kelleys Island in a quaint, beautiful century home built in 1870 by Island resident Henry Jordan, restored in 2008. Our cottage is located on Division Street in the heart of the Island. Walk to downtown, bike to the beach, hike in the nearby East Quarry, or step out back to the border of the beautiful State property. Weekly rental, our season is: May-October @ $1000.00 Off-season rentals, please inquire! Weekends will be considered.

Rates Weekly: $1000 (Sunday 4 p.m to Sunday 11 a.m) Off-season rentals, please inquire! Pets Allowed with $100 extra per week and Extra pet deposit Security Deposit and Cancellation Policy A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is required to hold your reservation. The amount will be refunded, less any damage costs, within 14 days after your stay. Full payment should be received 3 weeks prior to arrival. Deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to fill vacancy within two weeks.
What to bring Please bring beach towels, beach chairs, toiletries, food, and beverages. Directions From the Kelleys Island Boat Line dock, go left on Lake Shore Drive (West) towards downtown. Make a right on Division Street, past the Church and our cottage is on the right! (322 Division Street). Again, thank you for your interest in our KI property.
