beaten path on Kelleys Island. Buckley's Drydock is a brand new home
offering a modern, multilevel, executive-style house with room for
entertaining plenty of friends and family, or just enjoy the quiet time for
a small gathering.
You will find a gourmet kitchen featuring a wide open expansive
living room and dining room with an open vaulted 21 foot wood ceiling and
partial views of Lake Erie. Watch the sunsets on Lake Erie from your
private second and third floor balconies. For days when the weather
prevents outside exploration and fun, the family room features a home
theater and game table. If you simply cannot leave work behind, on the
third floor you will find a huge office desk to work on and a loft area for
reading. The second floor is the perfect place for entertaining with
its large deck facing Lake Erie.
There are three bedrooms, one resting room, one office, and 4 full
bathrooms. Of the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one has a deck off
the back to have morning coffee or a late night drink and the other has a
6 foot whirlpool jet tub with a wall mounted TV in the attached
romanesque style bathroom. The large recreation room in the basement features
a wet bar, shuffle board table, pool table, dart board and large screen
42 inch TV and a walkout patio.
