Our home's overall decor is warm and casually sophisticated with 1,800 square feet of bright, open living space and offers waterviews from the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom and second bedroom. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped and opens to a patio for outdoor dining. From the moment our guests arrive at the island, all amenities are provided, including luxurious bed and bath linens.
Sleeps 7-8. Master bedroom – king bed; Second bedroom – king bed; Third bedroom – two twin beds; Fourth bedroom – one twin bed.
Amenities: TV's with DVD/VHS (living and master), stereo with CD player, wood floors and high ceilings, granite bath countertops, front load washer and dryer (detergent included), wood burning fireplace in the living area, ceiling fans, central air conditioning, plantation blinds, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher (detergent included), ice-maker, paper products, ironing board with iron, two hairdryers, shaded double hammock, Weber charcoal grill, campfire pit, bicycles (two adult, four youth), beach chairs, beach toys, games, books.
Rental Rates Spring: March - May: Daily $300, 2 night minimum; Weekly $1,500 Summer: June - August: Weekly $1,800 (Sun-Sun); Several shorter stays available - please inquire. Fall: September - November: Daily $300, 2 night minimum; Weekly $1,500 Check in at 4:00 pm; Check out at 11 am. Security Deposit: $400 (refundable if no damage). Security Deposit is due upon reservation. Full rental amount due 60 days prior to rental date. In the event of a cancellation, the Security Deposit is nonrefundable unless we are able to fill the vacancy.
