Our newly built, tastefully decorated home is located approximately one mile from downtown Kelley's Island. Our home offer's 1400 square feet of living space which is ideal for a full size family on a relaxing vacation. It sleeps six people comfortably in three bedrooms: The "Captain's Bedroom" has a queen size bed, the "Fishing Room" has a full size bed, and the "Lighthouse Room" is conveniently furnished with two twin beds. Other features are two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious outdoor deck, central air and other island amenities that will ensure that you have an enjoyable visit.
We rent by the week during the summer season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and by the week or weekend in the off season. 2007 weekly rental rate is $900.00 with a $200.00 security deposit required to hold your reservation. This amount will be refunded, less any damage costs, within 30 days of your stay. Half of the rental fee is due 30 days before arrival and the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to arrival Deposit is refundable if you cancel 30 days in advance. 50% refunded with 2 weeks notice. Less than two week notice, the deposit is not refundable and there are no credits issued.
We rent Sunday to Sunday with check in at 4:00 PM and check out at 11:00 AM. No pets or smoking please. MINIMUM age renter is 25 years old.
